I celebrated my birthday there in Corona times. All communication, security measures and menu composition were very friendly and professional. We felt very safe and well treated there. The food as mentioned was great. Everyone liked the pumpkin soup, as did the Franconian wedding dinner. We can recommend the house bottle as a drink! We will definitely be back, thank you very much for this all-round successful evening!

Better late than never. We celebrated our wedding there in July 20. There was nothing left to be desired. Everyone was fed up with babysitting, everything tasted amazingly good, the meat was spot on everywhere. I still rave about the menu today. Couldn't have gone better. Thanks again to the hosts for this great day!

After a travel tip from BamS, we stopped by after making a reservation. The staff is very friendly and patient 😉 especially with guests around us with extreme extra requests or those who did not get a place without a reservation and then said to the nice lady at the entrance, “Oh, ask your boss again. Surely he can still do something ... “We love, especially as women, but all of these customers 😉 Now to the food. The duck my husband and I came for was terrific. It is definitely worth it. For me, the greeting from the kitchen, the pumpkin cappuccino, was the best part of the menu. My mustgeuger was unfortunately very dry and the cream would not have been necessary for the wine cream and it should have tasted a little more like wine. For wine I had the Silvaner from Meininger. Top! The prices / performance is very good, especially for us North Germans.

Great cuisine, seldom eaten such a delicious duck. Perfect operation even under Corona conditions. I can only recommend it.

There are other localities in this place, but nobody can get to the Ehrbar. Great service and excellent food is available here.

It seemed like the most popular restaurant in the small town. The staff were very nice and friendly but the food was rather normal. Their card payment system was not working and I am still waiting for their bill to be sent to me, otherwise I got some free meal!!??

I was here again yesterday with my brother. Great food, great service, great ambience, great location, I like to keep myself covered with superlatives, but this is where I felt most comfortable.

Cozy restaurant with a nice beer garden. Very attentive and friendly service. Traditional, local dishes and selected wines. Generous portions at very reasonable prices. The staff tried very hard to enable spontaneous guests to visit even when the space is fully booked. An address that we have firmly memorized.

Delicious food, good wine, regional cuisine, great beer garden, great service. We would come again. By the way: vegetarians and vegans will also find something here.

Good home cooking, friendly but professional atmosphere, fast, friendly service and a menu that leaves nothing to be desired. What I have to mention, apart from the first-class cuisine, above all: There is no lack of sauce here and that is definitely not negative. Although the room is quite well visited and you should probably call beforehand, but do not be afraid of a visit, because you will definitely not disappointed. Absolutely recommendable for anyone who honors and likes the local cuisine!

Very good recommendation from our hotel. Of course we tried the duck, for which the restaurant was mentioned by Michelin. Crunchy and flavorful! But we were very impressed by the spinach dumpling (with cheese and fresh spinach under it): really delicious! Unusually in the taste, surprisingly good :-)
